1. Acceptance of the conditions
These general terms of sale govern the contractual relations between you and RA IMMO SRL, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms of sale will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise expressly and in writing.
You acknowledge having read them at the time of placing your order and expressly declare that you accept them without reservation. Validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these general terms of sale.
2. Products
The photographs illustrating the products do not form part of the contractual scope. If errors have been introduced, RA IMMO SRL cannot be held liable.
3. Order
The automatic recording systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
RA IMMO SRL confirms acceptance of your order to the email address you have provided. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of your order and receipt of full payment.
RA IMMO SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made by post or carrier depending on the country of destination, and according to the choice expressed by the customer.
In the event of apparent defects, you have the right to return the item under the conditions set out in Article 6.
The following are considered to be cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied in the event of a stock shortage.
Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 3 days for delivery in Belgium and 7 days for delivery in Europe to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing or damaged items.
5. Transport
5.1 Shipping costs are calculated at the real price, without any margin for the benefit of RA IMMOX SRL. All shipments abroad are made by carrier, parcel, road groupage, sea, air. For all shipments you will receive a transport number.
For customers who have received free transport: having problems with this order method, customers who do not receive their order, do not pick it up at the pick-up or depot, or enter an incorrect or untraceable address for the carrier (who, therefore, returns the package to us in logistics), we are obliged to retain a fee of € 6.00 for the preparation of the order. The transport that we have taken care of is offered free of charge at the start. We advise customers to check their address and to follow their order carefully using the tracking number that we send when the order is sent. The times are mentioned according to the choice of carrier.
5.2 For the most common destinations, several delivery times are offered to you, at different rates. The times indicated for shipments by carrier are guaranteed while the times announced for shipments by the Post Office are given for information purposes only.
5.3 The transport price is calculated according to the weight of your order.
The exact price is given when entering the delivery address. It is included in the total price of the order and must be paid with the order to validate it. An incomplete payment will cancel the order. The refund will use the same payment method as that used by the customer.
5.4 Transport times
The transport times announced (see your order form) apply from the moment the order has been transmitted to the carrier of your choice. Weekends and public holidays must be added to the transport times announced.
6. Product conformity
We undertake to refund or exchange defective, damaged or damaged products or those that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you for reporting this in detail in writing, with photos, and for returning the product(s) concerned to us. RA IMMO SRL will, at your choice, exchange or refund the product(s) and reimburse the transport costs for the return. The request must be made within fifteen working days following delivery to the address in article 7 below. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted.
7. Withdrawal
In application of the texts of the European Community applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of the items to return the product that does not suit you. In the event of an exchange or refund, the new item must be returned in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation to the following address:

The right of return does not apply to audio and video recordings.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, RA IMMO SRL will reimburse you for the amounts paid, free of charge, with the exception of shipping costs. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.
8. Prices
All prices are mentioned in Euros.
The price mentioned on the product sheets does not include transport.
The prices indicated on your order confirmation include the price of the products, handling, packaging and transport costs for the products.
9. Payment
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euro.
The price charged is the one indicated on your order confirmation. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment is made by credit card: "The supplier accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard. If you choose to pay by credit card, the money is immediately withdrawn from your card upon confirmation of payment."

With secure payment, transaction security is processed throughout the Internet chain: bank, merchant, SSL encryption and server security. We have chosen one of the most reliable secure systems available on the Internet, which protects and encrypts all your personal information.
2/ - By phone at 0032 (0)43608536 from Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Friday by email).
Opening hours may change depending on the time of year. The company closes from December 23 for 12 to 15 days.
Your validated order will only be considered effective when we have received the payment made with the payment method that will be offered to you.
In the event of non-payment, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified by email.
Payment can then be made:
• by credit card (bank card number and expiry date required as well as the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card)
• by bank at the number provided when closing your basket.
• PayPal payment, fees for small amounts may be added to your order.
10. Protection of personal information about you
Personal information about you is essential for processing and routing orders and issuing invoices. In the absence of this information, the order cannot be validated and honored.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the processing of personal information about customers has been declared to the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL). You have (Article 34 of the Act of 6 January 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.
11. Disputes
This contract is subject to Belgian law.
RA IMMO SRL cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold.
The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers.
The liability of RA IMMO SRL will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with goodwill, good faith always being presumed in the person who takes the trouble to explain his problem.
In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact RA IMMO SRL as a priority - to obtain an amicable solution.
It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the short period of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. As a general rule and subject to the assessment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes:
• that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller
• that the buyer uses the items purchased in a normal way.
In the absence of an amicable solution, the Commercial Court of Liège shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
12. Guarantee
In any event, you benefit from the legal guarantee relating to hidden defects.
On condition that you have proven the hidden defect, RA IMMO SRL must legally repair all the consequences.
13. Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, logos and images presented on the RA IMMO SRL website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction of the RA IMMO SRL catalogue is prohibited. The articles may not be copied or reproduced.
14. A policy that respects our customers
The preservation of your privacy is very important. This is why RA IMMO SRL undertakes never to communicate your contact details to third parties. The information you entrust to us will therefore remain confidential.
RA IMMO SRL uses cookies technology, the information thus collected facilitating your use of the site, in particular by avoiding you having to re-enter multiple entries. They also allow us to better understand your purchasing habits in order to serve you better.
- Your address is useful to us at the time of ordering to send you your invoice and your order on time.
- Your telephone number allows the delivery people and the customer service of RA IMMO SRL to contact you to follow up on your order.
- Your email address allows us to confirm your order, and to contact you if necessary.
Warning
We are unfortunately obliged to protect ourselves against possible unscrupulous behavior. To this end, we have implemented the following measures:
• During transactions, we record your IP address, as well as the exact dates and times of the transactions. This unique and formal identification confirms your contractual commitment.
• Any attempt at fraud, regardless of the amount or origin, will be subject to legal proceedings.
